- Management Uneducated decisions in Migrations and data, very bad decision making - Extremely OLD applications hard to maintain - Because of these old applications, IT lives in Emergency mode always - Management can be bullies and use people, working until very old - Employees keep leaving, because constantly adding responsibilities with No additional raise or promotions.
