Pros

Upward advancement opportunities high for good performers. Many good people in the organization. Senior management is very accessible. Generous PTO. Organization truly puts clients first and this comes from top management.

Cons

Health insurance benefits lagging significantly. Operations side of the house is not respected to the appropriate extent. Most people are not held accountable.

Monday-Friday schedule, and that was it.

Cons

Pay was horribly low, benefits were expensive and almost 3rd world awful. Technology was absolutely deficient, and IT was awful. When you have to call IT for system help and their response is "what is that??", that is a problem. Management was awful. The bank doesn't care about their employees, nor do they hold any of their employees accountable for their actions. The bank is stuck in the 1950's and has a "snooty, holy than thou" additude but really, 1st Source is just a discount Wells Fargo.
