Pros

Competitive pay and clear opportunities for advancement. Generally good atmosphere in the office.

Cons

Obligation to work some Saturdays (on a rotating schedule). Required to work during some federal holidays. It became emotionally draining for me, Rarely does someone call Customer Service because they're happy...
