Great Benefits, Misleading Otherwise
Pros
Benefits (3-4 weeks vacation time, excellent medical plan, 401k...etc)
Cons
Push metrics non-stop and only care about you hitting your metrics (i.e. are you billing enough). High case loads - they tell you the average is 6-8 but it's really 10-12 kids. The company does not invest in the regions and clinics they open and make empty promises about time-frame about developing these areas and growth opportunities Every other week something is changing and BAs are expected to keep up with company wide changes Everything is company wide... EVERYTHING, this company is turning out BAs dependent on ABS ways, won't supply centers with requested items because "that's not what every center uses company wide", have to make to a case for everything if you want it or need it Promote 'yes men' versus people who are actual leaders... BAs who have been certified for 6 months have no business being directors
