Pros

Hourly rate, bonuses, extra incentives, food and candy, music played through out the day, managers, and environment.

Cons

The extremely mean and frustrated customers that we have to occasionally encounter. Also some of the dramatic reps we have to sit next to at times.

Pros

Only pro I can think of is the paid training.

Cons

Where do I start? This place is GHETTO. Literally the worst company I have ever worked for. The management is extremely unorganized and they don't care about their agents because of how much turnover there is. This is the last stop for most employees who are in dire need of a job. You get paid $10.50 an hour so you get what you pay for. The environment is like high school. There's a fight everyday, verbal and physical, and they just let them come back because they need the bodies. Most (not all) of the instructors are awful and ghetto as well. Save yourself the time and work literally anywhere else if you have options.
