Pros

Some hard working employees that share the same discouragement as you do within the Company. But cannot afford to leave because WE all need a job! ..and the company knows that!

Cons

Low pay with NO appreciation from management or supervisors for a job done well or that your a reliable employee. DONT call in sick or you'll be called and harassed by the hostile supervisor (personally it never happened to me) I wouldn't take that from anyone! Don't expect to be trained "they way you should" there is no time when your ALWAYS under staffed.

Pros

flexible hours, nice people to work with, laid back atmosphere, can wear jeans and tennis shoes to work so no need to dress up

Cons

I work as a telephone answering person here and I understand that there is no hope for a raise even after 1 year of employment. I understand the Christmas bonus is only 10.00. Very low pay

Pros

Easy work, nothing difficult about the actual work that you do. If you can type and spell words correctly, it's great.

Cons

The people in the call centers are not really people you'd like to associate with. Lots of different backgrounds and sometimes very creepy people. Management isn't great either.
