Pros

AST is a growing company. The on-boarding team is great, and benefits start on day one.

Cons

Management is hired from outside, so they don't understand the culture.

Pros

Management has very positive attitude towards employees and situations. Willing to work with us in any personal situation. They hire for a person's skill and not for a position.

Cons

HR Department is small and are too busy to respond. Some Director level employees from other IT MNC's are not fit for US work culture. Quite a few employees are unhappy at AST because of some directors.
