The company culture, commitment to our people and our customers success if phenomenal. We have attracted a new leadership team that is re-igniting everyone's passion for team success. We are focused on Customer Success and Employee Growth Opportunities. Our experience in the cloud is phenomenal and we are growing considerably by attracting new talent and customers. As of 10/28/2019, AST has over 500 employees dedicated to the cloud.

Cons

Keeping up with the pace of growth demands. It's an exciting challenge to be faced with.

Pros

Currently going thru a process of refocusing company growth and goals. Good to see partnerships with other non-Oracle products.

Cons

Some practices are struggling to keep up with technology and adopt non-Oracle products as part of their talent. Lack of decision is leading to lack of training paths. Hiring is high lately, and hopeful the company will not do another large layoff after doing large hires in past.
