Management cares and they live it. HR/Recruiting team is outstanding, recruiter knew the Oracle World. Work/Life balance is taken seriously. Co-workers are some of the best in the industry

There are many great things about AST. From day one, they give you a strong onboarding experience that sets the tone for your life at AST. We definitely work hard, but AST always makes time to have fun between their annual corporate events, team building activities, spirit weeks, sporting events, etc. They are definitely growing and they haven't lost focus on the important piece of their business...their people.

Cons

As we get bigger, we have to be more conscientious about not losing our family environment.
