Used to be a good place till 2010 but getting sick with sick people around new/recent practice/management initiatives.

Pros

Top management has been good with their attitude towards the employees. Decent Salary and good benefits. Got good projects as AST has a good reputation with earlier work force and as an oracle partner

Cons

Incapable mangers assuming high positions as Directors. The Lower management does not seem to be having any knowledge on understanding how to use resources/consultants. Many good consultants are made to leave AST because of few incapable managers.

Pros

AST has is own projects. They have great rapport with Oracle. You will get good experience and learning. Excellent training facility Management is very nice to employees

Cons

You are working for 80 hours a week if you are good, no additional benefits. Pay and bonuses are really bad. HR does not respond to employees concerns effectively a few disgruntled employees making the atmosphere polluted.
