Moving in the Right Direction

Pros

I've been working for eFolder (now Axcient) for five years, and I've seen a lot of ups and downs. At its core, Axcient is full of smart, hard-working people who really care about partners. Fair pay, very flexible work environment, smart people.

Cons

As we grew, we lost sight of our core values and hired some not-so-great workers, but we seem to be cleaning things up and moving in the right direction.

Axcient/eFolder earns my respect daily

Pros

They value intelligence and integrity and truly seem to respect their employees. I smile every work day. Yes there is a structure and an org chart, but folks so far down on the org chart that they aren't named individually can strike up conversations with any of the top level officers that make up the peak of the org chart on any day of the week and will be treated as humans with valid voices. The CEO does know your name. The company places a premium on quality of products and integrity of process and of employees. The company is progressive and fun, and so are the people. The workforce is engaging and diverse. The snacks in the break-room are on the healthful side. Positive experience all around.

Cons

As with any company, there are occasional issues of internal politics that may increase friction rather than decreasing it. But as company politics go, it is seemingly mild.
