Ship of Fools. Boat of Losers.

Pros

As a new hire 2 years ago, I was paid quite a bit above the high tech average. But that did not last long before eFolder acquired Axcient. All the stock option was nullified and benefits are back to whatever eFolder has. The work environment can be seen as relaxed so that work-life balance can be maintained with ease.

Cons

Fusion is a product of losers. First, it dried up the funds from Axcient and now it continues to do the same with eFolder. Despite all the rallying behind this product which creates a lot of smoke and mirror. The bottom line, there is no big buyer out there. Management uses the method called "intimidation" to win their cause or case or whatever they want to prove. If you want to make you case, you have to be bold to fight back.

Pros

Location, benefits and office perks including happy hours and RTD pass.

Cons

This is a long list but I'll keep it to the high points. I'll start with the company's lack of leadership and direction. So much turnover at the director and manager level and when nothing changes, nothing changes. If something needs to be done, there will rarely be someone available to do what's necessary so others can be successful. Simple things can take extraordinary amounts of time and effort to complete due to lack of teamwork and attention. There was also a mess of an acquisition in 2017. There are more products than the company can support, and too many international entities with poor oversight. It is a nightmare of misinformation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks for the feedback. We have experienced leadership turnover and feel confident in our current team. Your advice to be flexible and for management to assist/enable our teams is spot on - we recently adopted a new set of core values that includes Be Agile and Team to Win. We are committed to hire and retain based on our values.

Pros

Good people. Good benefits. Current leadership appears committed to investing in our products and people. Investments in culture are happening! Communication about company status and direction has been more forthcoming.

Cons

The merger and turnover have been tough. I'm hopeful that's all in the rearview mirror.
