Is a job. That is all I have.

Cons

They constantly change commission plans. Quotas unattainable. Constant change of senior management. Decent products but difficult to get anything done because you are always putting out fires. Nobody says a word because management really does not want the truth. Everyone more concerned with looking good to management. Is sad, was a great place to work once upon a time.

Competitive salary; great working culture in the Tech Support team (especially inside the BRC/Fusion team); a lot of people to learn from; your opinion matters; paid training courses and certification; the combined company definitely has a great future after a merger with E-folder.

Cons

Old-fashioned technology stack in some products.
