- Will take a chance on folks with limited experience but a willingness to work - Good personal connections between colleagues - Kind employees - Fantastic stepping stone

Cons

- Some legacy tech internally/externally - Turnover can be problematic - PE owners have probably found the point of diminishing returns on their ROI. Content to let the company run as it has, but don't expect any real change aside from the revolving door of leadership.
