None at all! This company says they're great, but others will say different.

Cons

Beacon was very unfair to me. I started there as a temp doing administration stuff. I then was promoted to a COS position not knowing anything about recertification or how to them. My supervisor was useless and didn't show me how to do anything. I learned a lot from the Asst Mgr who was terminated for speaking up to the bosses. Shortly after, a manager was hired, but she had so much to do at the property, she didn't have time to train me and do all that was being asked of her. I never want to experience anything like this again.

Offer lots of vacation time. Say it is a work life balance job! If you don't have a family and want work to be your life and love corporate lies to pass down. You will love this job!!!!!

Cons

workload is astronomical and are unable to take all the time given off!

Pros

The owners and Executive Vice Presidents are very caring, and great listeners.

Cons

Some of the Regional Vice Presidents do not have a realistic view of the work load many of them have never successfully worked as property managers and a number of them are too young to offer solid advice. Some of the Vice Presidents are stuck on there on personal views and don't take the day to day operations of a property into effect when making decisions. From a property managers point of view the well being of the residents is always a priority.
