Pros

Great coworkers. Benefits were above average.

Cons

Good ole boy system. Managers walk all over their employees. Complaints about managers abusing their power and rules go no where. Managers constantly on long breaks, smoke breaks for 30 to 40 mins multiple times a day. Yearly reviews are a joke since you are told it's impossible to get the highest review marks regardless of how well you do. If you need work badly, then sure work here but still look for something else. You'll succeed here if you like to kiss butt with the managers.

Pros

The pay check never bounced.

Cons

I agree with the Sept. 2 review. The culture is toxic. It took me 6 months to shake off the vile taste. Directors are a joke and HR offers no support. It is a culture of back stabbing, undermining, deflation, and harassment. Now I am with a company that believes in supporting their staff and pays them what their worth. Best thing I ever did was leave GreatCall.

Micromanagement at its worst

Pros

There are no pros to this company. They have work schedules which are terrible. Customers do not call in for activation early in the morning so the activations team does nothing except talk to one another.

Cons

Work schedules are bad, the pay is terrible, management does not know how to run the company, the supervisors micro manage. They do not focus on taking care of the company. Instead the focus is on qa's and everyday they change the criteria and do not tell employees. The schedules are bad. They do not need employees to activate phones at 5:00 am. The temperature in the reno office is such that half the office employees freeze and it is to warm in the rest of the office. OSHA really needs to pay the office a visit.
