Pros
Be the change you want to see! Ideas, big or small, are welcomed and encouraged. If you work hard, the sky's the limit! Build is great at rewarding for hard work! May it be, renting out a taco truck for the day for employees to eat whatever they please, or an hour massage for hitting a sales goal! It is a very fast paced, high energy environment, and training comes at rapid fast speeds, but if you need help it's always there. I have never asked for guidance, advice, or help and come up dry. If you want extra one on one time, all you have to do is ask and a meeting will be set up timely, which is awesome. I have found the more communication with management the better, they are always busy and working on big up an coming things all the time, but the doors are always open. Overall I couldn't see myself working anywhere else in town, it really is a great fit for me with endless opportunities!
Cons
Constant change can be hard to get used to, but keeps things fresh. More one on one development/feedback for those employees doing well would be great, but with such large teams it can be hard, because focus is usually more on people who are struggling which is noticed. Some employees take the work hard, play hard mentality, and forget about the work hard part getting caught up in the play, which can be frustrating for those striving to push the envelope being left with picking up the slack.
