      A great company to work for! They are very forward thinking and firmly believe in moving up the ladder.

      Pros

      The company is very hands on and genuinely want you to like your job so they do as much as possible to keep you happy. (i.e free beer on every Friday after 4, free meal days, contests, prizes, incentives) Pay is great and the benefits and scheduling are amazing as well.

      Cons

      Tough line of work if you have never worked in this type of setting before. They do everything possible to get you acclimated but sometimes you can feel the pressure and stress.

      Pros

      - Hard work + networking is rewarded - Fast paced environment that is constantly changing to keep up with market needs - Passionate leaders - Great people/coworkers/friends - Room for growth if you want it and reach out to get it.

      Cons

      - If you have your head down and work hard, it is likely that you will not be recognized for the work you put in. - The sales position is stressful - Departments other than sales are considered a promotion even though you have to work your way up pretty high in order to make more money.

      Pros

      They spoil us as employees. We work hard for them, and the give us incredible perks. The work is challenging and the business is growing very rapidly. They prefer to promote from within and only hire people who fit the culture. Pay is above average for the area.

      Cons

      There are few cons to working here. I suppose the vision benefits could be better...
