Great colleagues, compensation (for Chico), and some perks such as free fruit and coffee.

Cons

Management is disorganized depending on what department you're in. Lots of nepotism and favoritism, as well as cliques in the management / executive circles. If you're not buddies with people high up it's very hard to move up.

Your income directly reflects your work ethic. To people like me that get completely turned off by tenure based promotions and pay scales this is a revelation. If you want to come in and do the minimum required to keep your job you will probably not ever get quite comfortable. You need to raise the bar or eventually you will get passed up. This makes for an exciting environment with new ideas flying all over the place. And the best part about it is, if you have a great idea and show the ability to make it become a reality you have the opportunity to own it and see it all the way through no matter how long you've been here. There are great parties, free beer on Fridays, great perks and an incredibly friendly and personable staff. When I first got hired I was blown away with how accessible my leadership was and how willing to help everyone around me was. Pay is competitive for the area to start, but the ability to make more is out there for anyone that wants to take it.

Cons

You need to separate yourself with your production. If you don't like starting at an entry level position (in most cases) and proving yourself you may have a tough time.
