Build.com has been the best company I have ever been at. Every issue I had I was able to talk to the right people and get the conflict resolve right away. I also just never accepted taking crap from anyone including supervisors and all of my supervisors have been awesome and understanding.

After reading other reviews I had to shed some light here. Yes, it's a 'new' and 'young' company, but the opportunity for career growth is endless. We are growing so quickly it's hard to keep up, and the pressure of that is on every department/position in the company. But who would complain about that?! If you have an idea go make it happen. That's my absolute favorite part about working here. Everyone is always super busy with what they have going on but everyone's 'door' is open. I have taken many ideas to different people to find they have been tried or even failed in the past, but it's always been awesome to hear why things did or didn't work for that time, and brainstorm if it makes sense to try again. Even if you are in sales and have a Marketing or Sodev idea, they welcome the input! You champion your idea from start to finish which can be really hard, especially if you don't know where to start, but the end result is so much more rewarding!
