Pros
I can't say enough good things about working here. I have had many jobs, my last job being at United Healthcare for almost 5 years which I thought was an okay job until I went to Build. I've only been here a year but I knew right away that this is where I will retire if I'm lucky. I've never been happier. People are actually happy to be at work! I've never seen anything like it! They treat their employees amazingly! There is HUGE room for advancement. I advanced in 9 months. The pay is great for where we are. I am making career money for the first time in my life and I'm almost 31. I make more than friends who have masters degrees and I didn't go to college. The best part is, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOING TO WORK EVERYDAY!!! They have great benefits, they give us free food all of the time, beer, pto, the best parties, I can go on and on. Build.com is the best!
Cons
the only bad thing that I can think of is they changed the alcohol policy so we can't have a drink at lunch anymore. That's not that big of a deal though.
