Good product but have nothing else figured out to get it to the next level

Cons

Quite honestly the worst culture of a company possible. Dont listen to anything they tell you, everything is a mess, the customers are incredibly disappointed with the software. Know one knows what they are doing here.

The people -The once a year offsite -The trauma bonding w colleagues

Cons

Management has no clue what they’re doing. Everyone is scared of losing their job except the ones that should lose it. -Horrible compensation structure (half ur var comp is out of your hands/ u will not reach it)
