- pay was good and some incredibly smart people work here - strong growth

Cons

- disorganized. Way beyond what you'd expect for a start-up. - dishonest during the interview. I was gainfully employed and never would have left had I known - complete lack of culture no matter how hard they try - toxic work environment. I saw more finger pointing than teamwork - unrealistic deadlines that made the job so much more stressful than it needed to be - worked late nights / weekends / holidays - no one I worked with was happy. They only felt comfortable confiding that in me after I told them I was leaving - they ask employees to leave positive reviews so I felt inclined to leave this one
