-Majority of the company has that "good ol' boy" mentality. Don't expect great treatment without some brown nosing and playing their game. -Poor upper management for locations and markets that will throw others under the bus without a second thought. -A poor company overall coming from a former corporate and location based employee.

I wasn't a fan of the culture. There seemed to be this unspoken competition to see who can work the most hours.
