      Pros

      Its physically demanding which is great if you enjoy a good physically laborious job.

      Cons

      Management communication is poor. Instead of handling potential issues immediately they drag things out and wait to say something either due to poor communication skills or for fear of potential conflict. You get delayed reviews regarding work ethic/quality. Which helps nobody and lowers moral greatly also.
