Raises are unlikely and unpredictable. Training is minimal and needs improvement. They will guilt you for asking for a raise and try to prohibit talk about individual pay with fellow employees.

Lack of management people were not good at training

Management knowledge and experience, lack of corporate involvement on local level with locations having equal regulations in the market. Every place is different.

Alot of the team members spend years on the service desk before moving up.

I do not have any CONs for working at BFS.

Sometimes communication could be better, depending on the department.

Terrible training No room to grow Too much toxicity behind the scenes.

No real opportunity for advancement or defined career path. No training except safety and no defined job description. Cameras watching every move. Felt like a number instead of an important part of the success of the company.

Low payments, need to improve the communication between the different areas.
