Pros

There's room for growth and ability to switch to higher positions. With time you may actually get considered for a higher position. Good stepping stone for employment.

Cons

pay was mediocre. does not offer you a fairer wage if you don't negotiate at interview. If you want to discuss higher pay, you likely will not get it without switching positions. micro manage causing other employees to become stressed.

Pros

can make the amount of money you want due to constant OT. can learn of the credit card & banking industry.

Cons

pay! they need to pay customer service reps way more. every second is accounted for. you have no time. to take a breather so you can go from demanding customers every moment and it is very draining. team leaders/supervisor are very rude and make you feel stupid for asking questions. better to just figure it out yourself
