High pay. Fully Remote. Supervisor trusts you on your deliverables. Supervisor is always one call away. No micromanagement.

Cons

Working on virtual machine with client faced set-up is sometimes and most of the time is slow.

(depending on their budget I think) They sometimes offer a retention bonus. The position varies tho.

Cons

Needs constant follow-up regarding the yearly increase. But I guess the company is trying its best to stretch out its budget (esp. during recession season) so all of the employees are happy.
