Pros

I really feel that the company and management care a lot about us employees' wellbeing. Recently they gave us a sizable bonus just to counter inflation and help with expenses. They provide the best hardware and software we can use so we would be productive. They have morning shift and work-from-home positions. My concerns are quickly given attention.

Pros

- competitive salary - great management. They really care about their employees. - laptop is provided

Cons

- only 13 leaves in a year (no sick leave) - holidays are US based (which is fewer compared to Philippine holidays) so no holidays when it’s a holiday in the Philippines.
