Pros

- The management here feel like they really care about their employees. - They provide good laptops that works for your particular use case. - Relatively high salary compared to other companies. - Hybrid WFH/Office setup. - Chill, other than having to time in/out and the daily reports, they don't really try to micro manage you. - They have a decent medical benefit package

Cons

- You only get 13 leaves in the year. There is no sick leave so you have to use your 13 leaves if ever you get sick. - The quality of your work and experience will largely depend on your client. - Other than the medical insurance there's not really any other perks or benefits.
