Pros

Great environment and culture, pay and commission is very good for entry level. good initial training. Great new facility, as well as a great bunch of people to work with.

Cons

What have you done for me lately mentality, a lot of aspects of the business out of your control. most of it is just getting lucky. Lots of Cold call marketing, its a requirement, and happens to be the least effective way to market open positions.

Pros

Once upon a time this was an amazing place to work. Great benefits, training, pay, work life balance.

Cons

It all started to change when they tried to grow too fast. I think there were some growth promises made to share holders/ board members, and the company ended up sacrificing who they were to try and get there. Core values were abandoned. Everything that we once did to be successful and grow at a healthy rate was forgotten. Then the pandemic hit.... the industry sank! Time to adjust and rethink, adapt, find a different angle... NOPE. Instead it was press harder into the things that aren’t working as well, and hope for a greater amount of results.

Horrible Management

Pros

Benefits, training regimens, core training is the best out there.

Cons

Management is horrible and is very clicky. If they don’t like you they let you know and they find any little reason to make you feel like crap so you’ll quit or they will help get you fired. They bring you to team and only the people who have been there the longest make any money. They have a huge turnover because of this. It’s feast or famine with accounts because there are so many people fighting over accounts. Very cutthroat.

Pros

It was great pay and gave me superb training and flexabilty with schedule etc.

Cons

They have a lot of things in a grey area so things aren't the same in every team. Unfortunatly that leads to unfair and inaccurate data that an employee is held to.

Pros

Nice facility and good training

Cons

Terrible direct managers. Culture is great if you are very liberal. Not so great otherwise. Benefits are ridiculously expensive with minimal employer contribution.

Pros

Employee benefits are unmatched, two floating holidays - the day off after Thanksgiving - in addition to regular PTO - good medical / dental / vison plan - retirement plan - sales contest with fabulous rewards - on going training and sales related book club.

Cons

Very high pressure - they live and die by their matrix - when I began working there in the early 2000's it was a family time atmosphere, but over time as the company grew it has become very corporate. They protect bad leaders -

Pros

They have a better than average benefits package, but not nearly as great as they claim it to be.

Cons

If you are in the sales division/Recruiting division the company is awful. The stress is unreal, and you will be put a productivity plan almost immediately after training. The company feels like they own a good percentage of the market and with having such name recognition all sales reps are expendable. Most reps are new because all seasoned reps eventually get put on a plan and let go. The company likes this because then they can take the business that representative had and divide it up to other reps which then saves the company a lot in commissions by not having to pay one successful rep. Management is awful, they rule by fear and try to get production through scaring reps that they will be let go. They claim to have work life balance, but are always reminding you that if you are not where they want you to be that it would be smart for you to stay longer hours and make more calls. I could go on and on. I would ever recommend anyone to work for the company in a sales/recruiting role. I can't say anything about the other divisions.

Pros

The people - you can make like long friends here. The sense of trust & loyalty and knowing my clients come to me to make a difference in their communities. It is very rewarding knowing I've helped their patients be treated and when we can't fill their need, I feel responsible to help them and want to always do better.

Cons

Having to be redundant with every sales rep & sales manager - communication & training is lacking. I'm over hearing we've grown too big too fast and sometimes it feels like a free for all. Using the system when I started to enter information & notes on every action taken against the account was mandated not an option to not. Today this isn't done on most if not all sales teams and it's frustrating to know what is actually happening....my thought is use the system in your benefit - let it be your memory so you don't have to store it all in your mind. Plus it will help you be more successful in your daily business and if you happen not to make it to work for whatever reasons, others can pick up exactly where you left off keeping our business moving forward.
