Pros

No experience required. They provide the training. Benefits are great and achieving promotions is really easy if you actually do your job.

Cons

Internal changes take ages. From promotions to salary adjustments. It can take over a year to actually reach the salary for your new position.

Pros

They do provide good training and will pay for certifications. People are awesome. Good team culture.

Cons

Terrible when it comes to salary. Entry level is standard, but doesn't really move from there. Been there 13 years and only received 2 raises that weren't promotion related. Management doesn't care about salary increases, and will make you work hard. Whole the company makes money and new business, staff never see the rewards of this. High turnover due to low salary. WORK HERE ONLY AS A STEPPING STONE/EXPERIENCE.

Pros

Working from home and schedule; M-F 9am- 5pm.

Cons

Poor Training, Communication, and lack of Support. Graded by time spent on job, and if not met your considered a bad tech. But yet spend 70% of time working on documentation at job site.
