      Are there any Pros, no I don't think so.

      Cons

      Management is not available for you EVER! You don't know till your hired that there is no room for growth, and raises are never on the table.

      Thank you for submitting your feedback. Being available and responsive to employees is a primary focus for our managers. If an employee’s manager is unreachable during a time of concern, there are many avenues available to achieve a resolution. The employee can reach out to their manager’s manager, another manager within the team, a member of HR, or a member of the leadership team. Every employee should feel supported, knowing there truly is always someone there to help.

      Pros

      An insurance plan does exist for hourly employees.

      Cons

      You would think an organization with over 4,000 employees would be able to negotiate a fabulous insurance package for its hourly employees. WRONG! The coverage terms are unbelievable bad and without options - $5,600 deductible for an individual and $11,200 for a family, office visit co-pays start at $50 in-network and $70 out-of-network and go up!

      Working from home, doing what I love to do.

      Cons

      Where can I start, no clear cut job description. Management is horrible, I was once asked why i took 10 minutes to use the bathroom. Lack of transparency from management, got a 1 1/2 % raise after a year despite being one of the top producing team members. An IT sweatshop.
