      Good company with some flaws

      Pros

      Support from management. Contract opportunities.

      Cons

      Benefits are extremely expensive and subpar. The biggest issue is their pay system, and if something is wrong the company just takes money away from your paycheck without telling you and you have to spend hours to fix it because the support isn’t there from CTG

      None come to mind.

      Cons

      Since starting as a contractor with CTG I have not received any call from management to see how things are going or if they would like any feedback on anything. I had to approach the customer for a pay increase as CTG does not apparently do that for you, or at least that is my impression. They let you fend for yourself.

      Contractor at IBM through CTG

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Paychecks arrive on time. I work 100% with IBM staff, so have very little dealings with CTG management.

      Cons

      No raise in five years. 401(k) match discontinued. But we get discount movie tickets!!! The stock buy-back certainly didn't trickle down to employees (or at least not contractors).
