Good to start, but not to stay.

Pros

Pay is good is long as site stays open.

Cons

No direction. No structure. No communication. FSM have no idea what he's doing, doesn't address issues on site. BP Lead is a bully and FSM lets it happen. If there's a strike on site you are not placed elsewhere, you are just out of a job until things are over. Employees are not happy and department is ran like boot camp. Forced furlough on some sites. Start with 2 weeks vacation but you should save it for the 2 weeks of forced furlough at the end of the year or you get it without pay.
