Thank you for providing a response. We frequently hear that managers trust employees to do their job autonomously, providing support when needed. Since a significant portion of our population works remotely, keeping in touch is important to us. Frequent communication and idea sharing builds rapport, trust, and relationships among team members. Conference calls are an effective way to develop connections within teams when people are spread across the country. Chat with your manager about your concerns if you feel you aren’t getting as much out of the calls as you should. In terms of diversity training, we are proud to have a workforce diverse in backgrounds and ideas. The top rated statements in our most recent Great Place to Work survey were that CTGers are treated fairly regardless of their race, sexual orientation, and gender. We feel diversity should be understood and celebrated; training helps maintain that kind of awareness company-wide. We wish you continued success in your role!

As a GPTW company, we are committed to continuously seeking and reviewing the input of our employees across the organization from many sources to ensure we receive the most accurate representation –GPTW surveys, internal surveys, Glassdoor reviews, exit and new hire surveys, and more. Employee insight is critical in CTG's innovation and growth as an employer and provider of leading digital IT services and solutions. It, therefore, is of the highest importance to our HR and leadership teams. Our HR teams use the insight gained from employee feedback to develop programs that support our people-focused culture and enact programs in our employees' best interest. We strategically choose program initiatives and invest in those that benefit our employees while balancing our financial responsibility to our shareholders. For example, we know that the cost of benefits for our employees is of the utmost importance, so our leadership team made financial decisions that allowed CTG to reduce employee benefit costs significantly three years in a row – 2020, 2021, and 2022. At CTG, our first core value is respect. That core value is applied in many ways, not the least in addressing the areas of diversity and equal opportunity. We are sorry that you found this an area to be lacking. We have found, as recently as our most recent GPTW survey, that most of our employees disagree. Statements related to fair and equitable treatment of employees regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, and age received the highest ratings. Finally, you noted a few instances where you felt we remained silent. We were neither silent nor unengaged in either instance. In May of 2022, we chose to keep our communication and donation efforts focused where we felt that they were most needed and appropriate – internally, on our employees and in our headquarters community. We also kicked off our annual Pride month recognizations across our global social media channels on June 1. We encourage you to visit any of our social media channels this month.
