- can work from home - really relaxed 2 weeks out of the month really easy can be on youtube, social media no problem. - employees are well respected - they do care about you - time off is easy - majority of the direct managers are really great esp the men

Cons

- management can be annoying, difficult, tries too hard and changes things up unnecessarily. - underpaid - lots of technical issues/difficulties
