No Work Life Balance

Nice office with snacks and warm beverages.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. I spend 9 hours a day at work, plus a 55-minute commute, with no option for remote work, even though the tasks could easily be done from home. It's exhausting and I have no energy to work inside a freezing cold and loud environment.
