      The flexibility is great until they take it away. Lots of nice people. Ability to grow in your job.

      Cons

      Corporate is out of touch. Don't trust your immediate supervisors. They either don't know anything or don't share what they know.

      Dedicated employees, especially those who have been with Cubic for many years

      Cons

      Private equity owners and corporate executive team consistently make selfish decisions for short-term gain that destroy value and hurt employees

      Cubic does not care about their employees!

      Cubic has every other Friday off

      Cons

      Cubic does not value their employees or the amount of work and dedication they have put into the company. Management has dismantled the Cubic that used to be a great place to work. Founder, Walt Zable would be so disappointed in the current management and lack of leadership.
