      Pros

      9/80 schedule. Smart people who care about product and service, and who care about value delivered to Cubic's customers in transportation.

      Cons

      Very poor management in the Director to VP level. Mostly filled with folks who have not worked elsewhere and "direct" employees into whose work function (engineering, service design, operations) they have little insight. Yearly reductions in force lead to unstable work environment, corrosion of quality, disatisifed customers and a failing company.

      None at all. This company is being run into the ground.

      Cons

      Cubic was the family owned business, well known in San Diego, for taking care of their employees long ago. When the founder passed away and the company was bought by a venture capitalist, it was its death sentence. The management at Cubic is all new and does not care for the employees, as their only cold heart-ed concern is money and selling the company. No employee is valued, no matter how long they have worked there or how much they are needed to performed duties.

      Cubic doesn't respect 9/80 Schedule Corp leadership doesn't value employees Goals of the company are to sell off individual business divisions due to Private Equity Ownership Benefits do not match industry standards Private Equity is squeezing employees to maximize EBITIDA
