      Pros

      You have off Fridays. Well not really you will work every weekend.

      Cons

      Upper management is ignorant to the great work ethic of the few hard workers. Or they do know and just don’t care. No bonuses or raises since 2019. Management has their circle of “friends” and if you’re not in it you don’t go anywhere. Business motto is don’t give them a raise or bonus until they actually put in there two week notice then we can give them a dollar.

      Tolerates misconduct, discrimination and abuse by high level management

      Paying lip service only to company values Favoritism for a few 'yes men' and unfair treatment of employees for the rest

      Incompetent Leadership

      Pros

      Decent benefits. 9/80 schedule. Some innovative and talented people (although most either leave or are let go).

      Cons

      Incompetent management at all levels. Flat structure in Austin with cronyism rampant. Good ole boy approach. The Austin operation uses a vindictive approach with poor expertise in leadership, management, software development, or the defense industry. The studio is led by intimidation and retaliation. The recent acquisition of private ownership is the first sign that the end is near. Consolidation with Orlando software operations will not be pretty. This company lays off people regularly while promoting at the top.
