      Pros

      The pay is good, balanced life 8/9 schedule, decent benefits, PTO, Holidays, good security on site, free parking, big break room

      Cons

      Job postings can be misleading and may intentionally leave out the main part of the job. When you are three months into the job; management will tell you, you make too many mistakes for the part they left out of the posting and have upper management say they will fire you.

      Confused and dis-organized management

      Pros

      The benefits are great: 401k employer contribution, HSA employer contributions, 15k education assistance, paid time off

      Cons

      During the short time, my whole department manager was changed 3 times. And it was not just my department, other depts had similar fates. The CEO blocked bonuses and raises until end of 2021 for everyone -- except himself, and all executives directors and above. There was a huge demotion for many Sr. VP and Directors to put them at one level below or more. This is supposedly for COVID19 revenue lower projections. Cubic does not get revenue by the month. It over spend by 3x on the mobile projects. There are people put onto the projects who have no skills or experience in application software development or real technical project management.
