Pros
Very knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly engineering staff.
Cons
Work hours are not family friendly. Goes by a 9/80 schedule, therefore you get every other friday off, but 50% of the time they are offset by either having to work weekends, longer days or travel for weeks at a time, sometimes months, depending on what group you are in.
