      Pros

      Office Culture, personal growth with training. This is truly a place to call home, a company who cares about their staff and value our opinions. I couldn't work for a better company doing what I love

      Cons

      work-life balance, one downfall is that I am married to my job, I see my co-workers more than my family, I can say though this is mostly of my own doing.

      Pros

      Exposure to cutting edge technology and the opportunity to work with leading professionals. When supported, the abilities of the company as a whole in the defense and commercial industry can be a fast paced, exciting and very challenging environment to work in.

      Cons

      The company has lost direction since the demise of it's owner and founder, Walter J. Zable. The management has not recently been supportive of the R&D design teams it has tried so hard to organize. The current bottom line economics has either eliminated or lost the brain trust of 50 years of leading the market.
