Decent enough, some cool and innovative projects to work on.

Cons

Never ending rotation of VPs in and out, with constant reimagining of how things 'should'work. I've been with them less than 5yrs and on my 15th higher-up to report to. Annual goal planning and review process is a pointless exercise.

Large corporation so there are jobs available in other division if want to move around

Cons

Boatloads of rhetoric with no real actions. Slow reaction to market and deaf management who can not follow through on good ideas.
