      Worked me to death, never listened to any of my feedback, then they fired me, then they laid off my partner

      A good 10 year run cut short by outsourcing and the AI trend

      Pros

      The ability to work from home or remote was welcome. Not to mention the early on training and pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Confused leaders, chasing trends, decision to rely on outsourcing for both artists and sales, chosing AI to fill some sort of mythic gap and buying business in other areas.
