      Pros

      Work from home options for most teams.

      Cons

      Managers ask for honest feedback in surveys but my team laid off some of our best and highest performing employees for being too honest. Now everyone left is frightened to give appropriate feedback and scared into being positive in order to keep a job. The company was great years ago but they made a lot of mistakes hiring and growing the business and now it’s a shell of its former glory.

      Pros

      Good PTO, some holidays. Great employees, everyone is nice. Good healthcare - Covid shots are required for the low price.

      Cons

      No commission - bonus structure is difficult to calculate. Ask the hiring manager how the bonus is measured. No HR department RM addresses concerns with “it could be worse” in all inker meetings
