Pros

Although I have experience in tech sales, working here as a sales development representative has been completely different, but in a good way. The team is very transparent about sharing what works, and the managers do more than just chase numbers. They also coach you on strategy. The culture is very team-oriented and promotes healthy competition. You are urged to experiment rather than limit yourself to a single strategy.

Cons

When deadlines and goals all come at once at the end of the month, it can be a little overwhelming.

Pros

As a Sales Development Representative, I anticipated a fiercely competitive environment, but this team caught me off guard. Everyone here sincerely wants to help each other get better, and there is a strong collaborative culture. Managers actually coach you through the process rather than just putting you through cold calls, and the training was practical. Yes, the goals are lofty, but you're never working alone.

Cons

Raising quotas requires commitment because they can be strict, particularly in the first few months.

Pros

As someone who just joined, I can say the training and onboarding here is next-level. The team doesn’t just give you a script and wish you luck, they actively coach you on tonality, objection handling, and mindset. I’ve already had multiple meetings booked, and I feel like I’m improving every day. The culture is fun, fast, and supportive. Slack is always buzzing, and wins are celebrated publicly.

Cons

You need to be comfortable hearing “no” a lot. Cold calling is a grind, but the support helps.
