Pros

The main reason Firstsource is such a great place to work is by far, the people. My time at the company was filled with great moments and good friendships. The team and work environment is like nothing I have ever known. Ops management have a rewards system where you can be in on the chance of winning prizes every now and then which is nice. There is an engagement officer on site and also the office is located in a nice area. If you put your head down and put in the work you can be on a quick path to progression. Overall just really friendly people.

Cons

One of the biggest cons is the pay. The workload that you have to tackle can be heavy and stressful at times and the pay doesn't seem to match it. This is across all of the sectors of the campaign from being a CSA (customer service advisor) to Training, to being a Team Leader. The pay seems to be one of the biggest reasons people leave and from the very top of the company they seem to concentrate on getting people into the business by promoting unrealistic refer-a-friend schemes instead of listening to why people are leaving and reviewing their pay to keep them.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
