Where to start, -managers don’t care if you’re being screamed at and will sit back and watch you be verbally abused and still have the audacity to tell you you’re in the wrong. - the toilets are never sanitary and hardly ever have toilet paper - upper management will write you up for taking to short of time on calls for ‘call avoiding’ when in reality you’re taking more calls then other people - the turn over rate are awful more and more people are leaving because of the lack of support

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
